Since sylvanic.com went public and gained significant public recognition in 2006 with the release of video 2 we have always maintained the position of “Don’t take our word for it, come out and we will show you the reality of this species for yourself” Many from the media and scientific community have threaten to take us up on this matter but few when faced with the reality of the situation few have had the intestinal fortitude to do so. One gentlemen in particular who took us up on our before mentioned proposal has become passionate about the work we are doing. Unknown to us this gentleman is a very wealthy individual and has insisted on helping us take our work to the next level. So he is offering a 2 million dollar reward to anyone that discovers a body that has expired due to natural causes.
This reward is offered specifically under the 2 parameters listed below.
1st the body or significant piece of the body must have expired due to Natural causes. A detailed accounting of the discovery will be documented and investigate by a wildlife officer and forensic expert provided by the sylvanic team.
2nd The discovery must remain entirely confidential. No media or public discloser in any way. Our species protection and legislation is at a point where as soon as we can a provide a body full species protection will be implemented and enforced. It is our intention to have wildlife officers across North America identify and protect known bigfoot habitats before the media and public is aware of the situation.
Once these two obligations have been confirmed the 2 million dollar reward will be issued. The party responsible for the discovery will receive full credit for their discovery the moment this information goes public.
There are currently 2 separate research sites under study by the sylvanic team in Canada and the United States. Both teams are working towards the discovery of a body and if either is succsseful the 2 million dollars will be donated towards a fund that will be dedicated to the continued scientific ethical study of this amazing species

After a great deal of hard work and dedication in one of the most difficult winters we've seen in decades, the spring of 2011 has yeilded some of the most exciting results we've ever seen.
Our cooperation has significantly expanded since the release of Video 4. Therefore, until further notice all downloads are unavailable.
December 2010
Video 4 has now been released. This 13 minute documentary covers Todd's October 2010 expedition and the incredible footage he caught on camera!.
We are pleased to announce that in 2011, Todd will be showing a documentary in Kelowna, BC. Proceeds will be donated to Search and Rescue. Further details to be announced.
November 2010
Call Out: Search and Rescue just filmed a segment featuring Todd and his recent expedition. This series, filmed in BC, goes into real life Search and Resuce operations to show viewers the reality of these missions. The film team was sent out for footage when Search and Rescue were deployed, and they returned to the scene on the weekend of October 30th to capture additional footage with Todd.
While we don't yet know when this episode will air, it will play on several different channels including The Knowledge Network. Here is a series promo video for Call Out: Search and Rescue:
OCTOBER 2010
Todd just returned from an 8 day expedition with incredible Bigfoot documentation. It was a bit of an adventure as he had a confrontation with a Grizzly bear that ended in retrieval by RCMP and Search and Rescue after being missing for 3 days. The team and his family are thrilled he made it back safely and he is ecstatic with his new photo and video evidence!
Here is a quick photo video Todd put together using photos where he caught Bigfoot watching him through the bushes~as you can see they were taken in full sunlight with fantastic detail.

After a tremendous amount of time and dedication we have discovered a new domicile that is regularly inhabited by the species commonly referred to as Bigfoot and are making preparations for the study of this domicile. See more on our Study Page.
We are re-releasing Video 3 to the public, as well as the documentary “Origins of Sylvanic” that was toured around Western Canada by Todd Standing. The completed version was only shown in Calgary and received rave reviews by the public and media alike. The National Post said, “Todd's experiences are the likes of a Hollywood blockbuster written by M. Night Shyamalan.”
Bigfoot videos 2 and 3 were no fluke. A great deal of planning, preparation, and hard work went into getting in position to film these animals. Some of the details of what transpired during these two scientifically repeatable events is also available in the video 2 and video 3 chronicles. These videos will be available for a limited time and in limited quantity in the highest quality. Even if you have already seen video 2 on TV or the internet, the quality of the download is ten times better, making viewing it a new experience. You will be better able to clearly see precisely what is taking place.

We have begun and will continue to train others with the information we have been able to accumulated thanks to the cooperation and dedication of many men and women that have devoted so much time and effort to this cause. Our team has expanded significantly since Todd’s last public interviews and appearances.
As soon as we have selected a suitable candidate, Todd will take a high profile member of the media or a scientist into this Bigfoot domicile and show them first-hand the reality of this species. This challenge goes out here and now. For all those interested in learning more about our work and contributing to our efforts, video 3 (with video 2) will be available for download immediately as will the 30 minute documentary that was toured around Western Canada in 2007. We invite you to help us further the study of the species, as we are an entirely self-funded group.
